I bring over five years of experience in healthcare into my practice as an osteopath. My UK training, alongside a BSc in Sports Rehabilitation and MSc in Osteopathy, has given me a strong foundation in both hands-on treatment and exercise rehabilitation. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of people, from everyday patients to elite athletes, Olympians and professional West End dancers.

More recently, I have developed a particular clinical interest in running-related injuries and helping runners stay healthy, recover from injury and return confidently to training. As a keen runner myself, from 5Ks through to marathons, I understand many of the challenges that come with balancing training, recovery and everyday life. I recently completed the 2026 Sydney Marathon in 3:01, giving me first-hand experience of the physical and mental demands of marathon training and the importance of managing your body through periods of higher training load.

Alongside running injuries, a large part of my practice focuses on neck and back pain. Whether symptoms have developed gradually from long hours at a desk, appeared after a change in training or activity, or have become a recurring problem over months or years, my aim is to understand the factors contributing to your pain rather than simply focusing on where it hurts.

My approach is active, evidence-informed and individualised. Whether your goal is to get through a working day without persistent back pain, return to the gym, run your first 5K or prepare for a marathon, treatment is built around helping you move well, feel confident and stay active.
